Parents are worried about what their children view online, but we should talk to young people about that as part of sex educationPorn is now so easily accessible online, and so prevalent, that it is understandable that parents, teachers and policymakers are worried. What we aren’t teaching about sex and relationships (at home or school) is brought into sharp focus when we think about what young people might be learning from porn.But what do we actually know about what young people are seeing, at what age? What can we say about what impact it is having? And how should we, the adults who care about them, respond?
