U.S. trying to give government more cyber access, maintain global dominance

The United States is working hard to give the government greater power and access to all civilian agency computer networks at home while trying to maintain dominance over the Internet in the world.The White House has just finished writing a 100-page bill that gives the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) greater access to civilian computer networks in the name of “Protecting Americans from Cyber Attacks.”
