After years of turning a blind eye, a deaf ear and the other cheek to growing cries from consumers for catch-up television services, almost all TV operators are now falling over themselves to oblige in what is shaping as a battle for internet supremacy.The change has come as the free-to-air networks are due to launch other new outlets for their programming, including new digital multi-channels and on-demand programming delivered to set-top boxes.
