Second was another six-figure sale â mercari.com â selling for â¬100,000 ($108,000) while sportsmarket.com came in third, selling for $65,000. Both sold through Sedo.
The rise in prices and demand for three-letter .com sales has been observed by DNJ in recent months.
Sedo had a hand in ten of the top 20 sales while NameJet had a hand in eight. And unusually .com sales took out all 20 positions on the chart.
