The who’s who at the Fortune 500 Forum on December 1 included the US Treasury Secretary, Henry Paulson, the former US secretary of state Madeleine Albright and chieftains from Time Warner, Pepsi and Kodak.Solomon D. Trujillo was also on the invite list. Telstra’s boss had flown in for the conference at the plush Ritz-Carlton on that early winter’s day. The newly renovated hotel on 22nd Street boasts a “sophisticated haven of luxury and service in the heart of the district”.
