Last week there were 5 domain name sales above the 6-figure mark on the Domain Name Journal chart of top reported sales with super.com coming out top in a $1.2 million sale. And in the next chart there were three 6-figure sales in the week ending 11 March, with fo.com com coming out tops in a $510,000 sale through BQDN.
Coming in second and third were jumprope.com and wjx.com selling for $200,000 and $150,000 respectively through Jakob Knightly and in a private sale.
On the TLD side of things, as usual .com dominated with 18 of the top 20 sales with solitary .co and .de domain names making up the remainder. Sedo dominated the aftermarket outlets with 13 sales while BQDN and GritBrokerage had 2 each.
