Rupert Murdoch plans charge for all news websites by next summer

Rupert Murdoch’s media empire News Corporation has taken another bruising from the global financial downturn. News Corp has just reported a fourth quarter loss of more than $US200 million. Over the past year the media conglomerate’s bottom line has tumbled by $US3.4 billion, reflecting a tough and competitive environment.
