ICANN has opened registrations for the upcoming ICANN76 Community Forum in Cancún, Mexico with a dedicated website for more information about the meeting.
ICANN76 will be held from 11 to 16 March 2023 as a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual participation. All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Cancún (UTC-5 or Eastern Standard Time). Unlike most of the United States, Canada, and several northern border locations in Mexico, Cancún will not switch to Daylight Saving Time on 12 March 2023.
Registration for in-person attendance closes on 8 March 2023. Registration for virtual participation will remain open through 16 March 2023. The full schedule for ICANN76 will be published on 17 February 2023.
There will be a Prep Week held from 27 February to 1 March with a schedule to be published on 13 February.
For this meeting, wearing face masks while indoors will no longer be mandatory, but strongly recommended. ICANN will continue to provide complimentary face masks and COVID-19 test kits during registration check-in and throughout the event.
