Registrars Express High Satisfaction With Afnic

AFNIC logoA survey of 105 registrars has found that 99 percent are satisfied with Afnic’s services, according to an annual survey conducted on behalf of the French registry.

The survey found Afnic’s quality of service and public image were high among its registrars with a net increase in Afnic’s overall satisfaction rating, rising from around 8/10 in 2012 to 8.2/10 in 2013 and an overall satisfaction level of 99 percent (against 97% in 2012).

The survey also found 99 percent of registrars though Afnic can be trusted, while 98 percent thought it is professional and 94 percent said the organisation is customer-focused.

Respondents also said that areas for improvement are setting up new services such as a Registry Lock and multi-year registrations, making more communications, training and promotional tools for customers such as a presence at trade fairs and more interaction on new areas for economic development represented by the new gTLDs.
