OPINION: Employers need to get a grip on social media

Good old Andy Warhol was on the money when he said that in the future everyone will be famous for 15 minutes, writes Steven Penning from Turner Freeman Lawyers.Warhol said this long before the internet came into our lives, but he was responding to a desire he could sense in the general public at the time for personal notoriety – call it fame – on television and other media as it existed back then. With the internet, Warhol’s prediction has shown us just how enormous this human desire actually is.
