There are significantly more domain name registrations for Barack Obama than John McCain research by IDG found using DomainTools.Using DomainTools to query for domains, we saw 2,357 domains for Obama and 1,431 domains for McCain reported IDG.And within these domain registrations there was a mixture of pro- and anti- websites as well as for their running mates.IDG note that interestingly the GOP vice presidential candidate lacks the obvious domain registration (sarahpalin.com) at the time we wrote this report.To read the IDG report in full, see:
