Google is refusing to explain the gulf between the revenues filed in its latest accounts and the almost $1 billion paid by Australian companies to the technology giant to buy up search terms on the internet.The local arm of the California-based company booked just under $90 million for the year ending December 31 last, according to documents filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
