NIC-Mauritanie announced at the end of December the registry fee for .mr domain names would be dropping by 33% on 1 January.
According to a short announcement on their website, the NIC-Mauritanie Steering Committee reduced the current rate for registering new and renewing domain names under the Mauritanian country code top level domain (ccTLD) by 33% for 2019. As of 1 January 2019 the new registry fee will be 2,000 Mauritanian Ouguiyas (US$56.00).
