MeetDomainers is a meeting for domainers to be held in Cracow, Poland, from 3 to 4 October. The meeting will be an opportunity to will meet Polish domain name investors, parking companies representatives, people who create the most popular social networking websites, most known registrars. The meeting will also be host to Polandâs first live domain name auction.
While not all speakers have been announced, there will be presentations from Theo Goral, Robert Tofil and Bartlomiej Usydus – owners of the biggest and best Polish domain name portfolios with tens of thousands .pl domains.
There will also be a discussion panel âDomain market from registrars’ point of viewâ featuring EuroDNS and Active24.pl. Other presentations will feature a discussion panel on the domain name secondary market in Poland – what’s the status and its future featuring speakers from AfterMarket.pl, NameDrive, Sedo and Zlapane.pl and legal issues connected with domain names.
Early bird registration rates are available till 20 September for â¬190 with registration costing â¬315 from then till 25 September. There are also discounted room rates in the meeting venue, the Grand Hotel.
The live auction, said by the organisers to the Polandâs first, will feature around 20 to 30 domain names.
