Albert Gonzalez, a former Secret Service informant who is accused of masterminding the theft of millions of credit-card numbers from TJX Cos., 7-Eleven Inc. and other retailers, will plead guilty to some charges and serve at least 15 years in prison.According to a plea agreement filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Boston, Mr. Gonzalez will admit to all 19 counts of a 2008 indictment, including breaking into computer systems, identity theft and wire fraud. Prosecutors have requested a plea hearing be held next month.
