Last week saw EURid hold the 10th annual .eu Web Awards ceremony in Brussels, honouring the most exceptional .eu websites of the year. An Italian digital marketing company, Web To Emotions Web Agency Rome, won the main prize of the evening.
Hosted by EURid, the competition focuses on recognising excellence in .eu, .ею, and .ευ websites across five distinct categories. As well, the awards provide a platform for .eu domain name holders to showcase their websites and achievements. All winners received an online marketing campaign with a budget of €5,000, a crystal trophy and a digital .eu Web Awards icon for use on websites and social media.
Unfortunately the evening was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances following a directive from the Mayor of Etterbeek. At the early close of the evening only three of the awards had been handed out by charismatic television presenter Ray Cokes.
The winner of the Leaders category was the Web To Emotions Web Agency Rome, a digital agency that believes in the endless possibilities that digital can offer. Services offered include integrated strategies for web marketing, technological solutions, communication projects on multiple online channels and graphic design.
