IP rights enforcement laws criticised by rights holders but supported by ISPs, European Commission says

EU laws on the enforcement of intellectual property (IP) rights should set out internet service providers’ (ISPs) responsibilities for combating online piracy, copyright holders have told the European Commission.In May the European Commission announced that it would review the IP Rights Enforcement Directive in spring 2012.
