Ill.com got 2019âs Domain Name Journal chart off to a slow start after we started to get use to the six-figure sales topping the charts, often more than one. In a sale brokered by Sedoâs Dave Evanson, it sold for $70,000. Maybe it was the time of the year, maybe that âillâ has negative connotations or maybe it was just that there wasnât the demand.
Coming in second and third for the list of top reported sales was ndvr.com which sold for $40,000 and third appiscreen.fr (“iScreen App” in French) sold for â¬27,300 ($31,122), both also sold through Sedo. Sedo took out the top 10 sales and 18 of the top 20!
On the TLD side of things, .com took out 13 of the top 20, .de took out 3 while there was one each for .fr, .holdings, .co and .io.
