The 39th ICANN meeting will be held in Cartagena, Columbia from December 5 to 10, 2010. The meeting was approved at the Special Meeting of the ICANN Board of Directors held on April 22.
The meeting will most likely be hosted by the new operators of the .CO ccTLD .CO Internet S.A.S (.CO Internet), a strategic venture formed between Arcelandia S.A. and Neustar, Inc.
