The selected party will perform an analysis of how ICANN implemented the Board-approved recommendations from the first SSR Review and identify gaps between the intent of the recommendations and implementation.
It is anticipated that the gap analysis will start in December 2017 and last for approximately 12 weeks. The date of submission for the final report is expected to be 13 February 2018. The SSR2 Review Team reserves the right to modify or change this timeline at any time, as necessary. All responses (including proposals, supporting documentation, questions, etc.) must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by 7 November 2017.
ICANN‘s mission is to help ensure a stable, secure and unified global Internet. To reach another person on the Internet, you need to type an address â a name or a number â into your computer or other device. That address must be unique so computers know where to find each other. ICANN helps coordinate and support these unique identifiers across the world. ICANN was formed in 1998 as a not-for-profit public-benefit corporation with a community of participants from all over the world.
