ICANN and Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) this week published their Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19) Audited Financial Statements, accompanied by unqualified audit reports from BDO LLP, the independent auditors.

Announcing the publication, ICANN said that n support of a continued commitment to accountability and transparency, these documents are posted to the ICANN Current Year (FY19) Financial Information page and the Financial Information for Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) page.

In addition, ICANN also published the following documents : the FY19 Report on Board Expenses [PDF, 33 KB], the ICANN FY19 Annual Report [PDF, 9.3 MB], and the FY19 Funding by Source.

In accordance with the Section 22.3 of ICANN‘s Bylaws, and Section 9.8 of PTI’s Bylaws, these financial statements must be posted within 120 days after the close of the fiscal year, or by 1 November 2019.
