There were five ccTLD domain names in the Domain Name Journal top ten in the week to 14 October, but they were all topped by a duo of .COM domains â vogel.com and mywed.com selling for $75,000 and $50,000 respectively, both through Sedo.
Sedo took the top five positions on the chart of top reported domain name sales, with the first of the five ccTLD sales â doctor.co.uk â coming in third, selling for £24,999 ($40,248).
Overall ccTLDs took eight of the top 20 sales with three .co.uk domains and one each for .IT, .com.au, .NL, .TV and .CO.
And Sedo was responsible for 12 of the sales on the top 20 chart, while there were three by MostWantedDomains, two each for Afternic and Domain Name Sales, the latter having one in conjunction with DomainAdvisors.
