Generation Z losing sleep over gadgets

Research released last week and reported in The Australian concluded that children and adolescents are sleeping less than the previous generation.In a study from the University of South Australia, the sleeping habits of 690,747 children from 20 countries across the century — from 1905 to 2008 — were examined. The result: children have lost about an hour’s sleep during that period.
