When Terry Semel, Yahoo’s chief executive, faces shareholders at the company’s annual meeting on Tuesday, Eric Jackson will be there to pepper him with questions. Jackson, who owns just a few Yahoo shares, is not happy with the company’s performance, so he has mounted a grass-roots campaign calling for changes including the removal of Semel and several company directors.
