It has been a couple of good weeks for new gTLD domain name sales, with six-figure sales topping the weekly chart of top reported sales compiled by Domain Name Journal.
Two weeks ago it was wine.club selling for $140,000 and last week it was autism.rocks selling for $100,000 through Sedo that easily eclipsed all other sales. Coming in second for the week ending 21 June was å ç¨åº.com (which translates as âduty free shopâ), selling for $32,888 and then douga.com selling for $28,500, both also through Sedo.
On the TLD side of things there were 15 .com sales and one each for .rocks, .info, .casino, .co.uk and .us. On the aftermarket side of things Sedo dominated with 17 sales.
