Facebook ‘good for productivity’, in moderation

Employers worried that their staff are wasting their time on websites like Facebook, MySpace and YouTube may now be able to relax a bit.A new study has found that workers who surf the net from their office are actually more productive than those who don’t.In the world of recruitment, the buzz-word is networking.So it’s perhaps not surprising that staff at the Sydney city office of Kingfisher Recruitment spend a fair bit of time on social networking sites.
