Deloitte report finds content still key, despite new viewing technology

A report by Deloitte has challenged the perception that new TV viewing services will pose a threat to television broadcasters, arguing they will lift the networks more than competing services like Google TV.Deloitte said access to the most sought-after content, rather than convenience or affordability of the technology, will remain key to the success of so-called over-the-top services (OTT) like movie services Quickflix and Netflix, and TV and film offerings Fetch TV, Boxee and Apple TV.
