Data dilemma for mobile operators

Telecommunications companies must find new ways to charge for access to their networks or risk becoming an irrelevant commodity in a services market being reshaped by smartphones and tablets, senior industry executives have warned.Mobile gadgets are the hottest trend in business and consumer technology.
