The northern summer holidays are in full swing which means the six-figure domain name sales are pretty rare. Almost as rare as henâs teeth! And so on the latest Domain Name Journal sales chart, the top sale only just pipped the $50,000 mark with CryptoNews.com selling for â¬43,000 ($50,310) through Sedo.
Coming in next was energyoutlet.com which came in second, selling for $47,000 through DomainMarket/Sedo while there was a tie for third place with human.ai jac.com selling for $45,000, both through Sedo.
Sedo had a hand in 17 sales on the top 22 (there was a 4-way tie for 19th place), sharing 2 with DomainMarket, which also had another sale on its own.
On the TLD side of things .com had 9 of the top 10 and 15 of the top 22 while there was one each for .ai, .tv, .co.uk, .ca, .fr, .es and .ch.
