The China Internet Network Information Center has exposed five domain name service providers that have received the most complaints from consumers but have not taken effective measures to rectify their problems according to a report in ChinaTechNews.

The report says, “The five parties are Xiamen Zhongshitong Network Service Co., Ltd.; Xiamen Liwang Network Technology Co., Ltd.; Xiamen YIxiang Technology Co., Ltd.; Xiamen Yucheng Technology Co., Ltd.; and Beijing Shiji Jialan Trade Development Co., Ltd.”

Following the warnings, the companies did not improve their service following a first service, and are still sending intimidating emails and cheating some users. The report continues that CNNIC has now handed over the complaint materials against these five companies to the local regulatory agencies to figure out how to formulate punishments.
