Chaos of Internet Will Meet French Sense of Order

The Tuileries Garden in Paris, a celebration of grand geometric vistas and tightly trimmed topiary, will be invaded next week by the denizens of a decidedly more chaotic space: the Internet.The first-of-its-kind event is being convened by President Nicolas Sarkozy to put the Internet firmly on the agenda of the Group of 8 countries, who meet next week in France.
