Can the US Congress stop looming Internet censorship?

The House is pushing forward in an effort to block a United Nations-related group from potentially allowing countries to censor the Internet, before an international showdown this fall.The House Energy and Commerce Committee approved a draft bill, with little fanfare last week, that repeated a claim that “it is the policy of the United States to preserve and advance the successful multi-stakeholder model that governs the Internet.”
