The British computer hacker Gary McKinnon has today won permission to launch a fresh high court challenge against attempts to extradite him to America.The ruling will delay legal moves to remove him from the UK. McKinnon, 42, from Wood Green, north London, faces a lifetime in jail if sent for trial in the US.
