Blacklist.com sold for a very handy $85,000 to be the biggest reported sale in the week ending 30 March in a private sale, according to the Domain Name Journal list of top reported sales.
Coming in second was like.it, selling for â¬55,000 ($75,900) through Nidoma while arwin.com came in third selling for $60,000 through DomainMarket/Sedo. There was also a fourth sale to top the $50,000 mark, with iacademy.com selling for $55,000 through GoDaddy/Afternic.
On the TLD side of things, .com was dominant, taking out 17 of the top 20 sales while there were two .it sales and one .de sale.
On the sales outlet, Sedo had a hand in seven of the top 20 sales, but they were beaten by GoDaddy/Afternic with eight sales including one sale they shared. NoktaDomains and Nidoma had two sales each.
