The Bank of England has launched a new cyber security strategy for financial institutions in the UK, as the sector struggles to protect itself against the increased threat of cyber attacks.The framework, called CBEST, will deliver tests that mimic techniques and procedures used by cyber criminals to harm large financial organisations, such as banks and stock exchanges.
