auDA conducted a five year review of the .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) in 2007. Submissions to the review suggested that a reasonable fee increase was warranted to take into account increases in costs and to more accurately reflect the amount of work involved for both auDRP providers and panelists.
From March 1, 2008, the new auDRP fee schedule will be:
- Single Panel ââ¬â A$2,000
- Three Member Panel ââ¬â A$4,500.
This increase brings the .au ccTLD in line with the UDRP fees charged gTLD disputes.
auDA notes auDRP fees are paid to auDRP providers by the parties to a proceeding. auDA does not collect any part of the auDRP fee.
More information about the auDRP is available here.
