Perth-based internet service provider iiNet has put two new lines of legal defence before the Federal Court in its bid to stop a group of entertainment companies suing it for copyright infringement.The group, represented by the Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft (AFACT), is running a landmark case against iiNet which will test whether ISPs can be held accountable for illegal activity carried out by their customers.
