In a landmark case set to rock the internet industry, iiNet has until early February to file its defence against claims by movie studios that it willingly permitted its customers to download movies illegally.In the Federal Court this morning, Justice Dennis Cowdroy set the February 5 deadline and expressed his desire for the matter to “move along rapidly”, with a hearing to potentially begin as early as March.
