Whether it be Argentinaâs famous tango or folk, pop or classical music, there is now a second level .ar domain for Argentinaâs musicians and those involved in the countryâs music industry.
Domain names in the Argentinian 2LD, musica.ar, can only be registered by members of the Instituto Nacional de la Música (INAMU â National Institute of Music). It comes after a proposal from INAMU to NIC Argentina, the .ar country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) manager.
All applications to register domain names in musica.ar require prior authorisation. A date for registration in the 2LD will be announced soon.
