Online business resource AllBusiness.com has been acquired by Dun & Bradstreet for approximately US$55 million to enhance its internet presence reports The Associated Press. AP further reports the site will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the veteran commercial info company with Kathy Yates remaining as CEO. Dun & Bradstreet expects the acquisition to generate about $10 million of incremental revenue in 2008.It is interesting to note the domain name is attached to a site once sold for $225 million. However the sale is nothing like the sale of business.com earlier this year for a whopping $345 million in cash plus earnout RH Donnelley paid for Business.com, the info, directory and search site. The full AP story is available from CNN at money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/apwire/0ba674f637443b30b0d91f9bdb06b003.htm
