Germany's .DE Passes 15 Million

In the past couple of hours, Germany's country code .DE passed the 15 million active domain registrations mark. At the time of writing there were 15,000,174 .DE domain names registered.
.DE is easily the world's largest ccTLD, and the second largest TLD overall, trailing .COM which has 102,169,176 registrations. Third is .NET with 14,652,646 registrations, then .UK (United Kingdom - 10,047,549), .ORG (9,916,594), .INFO (7,951,936), .TK (Tokelau), .NL (Netherlands - 4,901,267), .EU (European Union - 3,605,260) and then rounding out the top ten is .RU (Russian Federation - 3,436,671)
